- Ashani Gamage Added September 02, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I did my first ever Keratin treatment in Sri Lanka from this salon and I’m so disappointed. I went for a consultation and specifically told the stylist I do not want dead straight lifeless hair and that I was looking for my natural wave with more manageable hair. This is entirely possible because I’ve had so many Keratin treatments in England. If they can’t achieve the same result here, I should have been told at the consultation. Now I’m left with dead straight, lifeless and horrible looking hair.
To add insult to injury, their time management is terrible. On the day of my appointment I was told to come sharp at 9am for them to be able to finish my appointment in time for me to get back to work. I arrived on time to find the owner of the salon thought it more important to have his own hair cut and to keep me waiting without so much as an apology. I ended up having to cancel my work meeting because my hair appointment ran late. - Thathsarani Nawodya Added August 22, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★I got a haircut and hair relaxing from Dee's hair,beauty& bridal salon Thalawathugoda Branch.This is my first experience in this salon.Absolutely perfect.The staff service is superb and excellent.hair cut and hair relaxing is superb amazing .Their is lot of customers but they handle them with well manner.Staff is so friendly.Chargers are also fair.Special Thanks to Dilshan who done my hair.He is very friendly and he gave me a Excellent consultation before my hair done. Overall, they done their job well and friendly.I highly recommend this place.
